Overview
RNA is a key component in the development of all life forms and it is involved in all the mechanisms in which cells express genes. This conference focuses on how modifications and processing together determine RNA maturation, and in turn control RNA effector functions and their regulatory impact on gene expression.
The symposium will bring together internationally outstanding researchers to present topics at the forefront of:
- Chemical and structural biology of nucleic acid modifications
- Interactions and dynamics of nucleic acid modifications
- Detection and prediction of RNA modifications
- Interplay between RNA modifications and RNA processing
- Recent insights into the functions of RNA modifications
