Our aim is to deliver a first-class service to all IMB employees. We take pride in the fact that this high level of support does not only start once a member of staff has taken up employment at IMB; we also provide assistance to our future employees in a wide range of aspects in relation to their employment at IMB. This can also include assistance in finding accommodation, helping foreign employees with immigration formalities, and also to register with local authorities and accompanying them where desired.

The work within the Human Resources unit ranges from advertising job vacancies, inviting applicants to interview, the conclusion of employment contracts, reimbursement of business trip costs, and providing assistance and advice to employees on a variety of issues, such as the IMB Pension Scheme, health insurance, child care facilities in the area, language course, etc.
