Call for abstracts

The organisers of the 2017 IMB Conference invite submission of abstracts on the theme of “Gene Regulation by the Numbers: Quantitative Approaches to Study Transcription”.

The abstract submission deadline has been extended to Wednesday 17 May 2017.

The scientific organisers of the conference will use the submitted abstracts as the basis of their decisions to invite participants to present posters and short talks. The abstracts of all selected posters and talks will be included in a conference abstract book, which will be made available only to conference participants. Please note, however, that once you are registered for the conference and have paid the registration fee, you are guaranteed participation in the conference irrespective of whether your abstract is selected for a presentation.

As in previous years, there will be a competition for the best poster (as voted for by the conference participants). The prize for the best poster will be awarded in the closing remarks.

The abstract submission as well as the registration for the conference is supported by Converia, a conference management application. In case of technical problems please contact Frau Seemann at seemann(at) (system administrator).

Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English, using UK English spelling.

Your abstract text must not be longer than 2000 characters.

You will be given the choice of submitting an abstract for a short talk or a poster presentation.

Once abstracts have been submitted, they can be changed or edited up until the abstract submission deadline, using your registration login details.
